Cancellation Window
Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after placing your order.
If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@bonswell.com and include your order number.
After 24 hours, your order will likely have entered the processing or fulfillment stage and can no longer be canceled.
Orders Fulfilled Within 24 Hours
Please note that if your order has already been fulfilled and shipped within the 24-hour period, we may not be able to stop or recall it, even if your cancellation request was submitted on time.
In such cases, you may return the package after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before fulfillment, your payment will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear on your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
